Site observation for the Ambrosia project at Villars-sur-Var. Describes west-facing terraced slopes, compact clayey soils with low humus and bacterial prevalence. Recommends syntropic agroforestry, contour swales and a keyline layout, heavy mulching, green manures, compost tea, and initial deep ripping along crop lines. Notes elevation 315–349 m and absence of on-site water except a bordering stream.
